Policies

• Sessions (including meetings, programs and appointments) are charged at an hourly rate.

• Travel is charged on a time and mileage (km) basis using the standard hourly rate for the session and the standard travel cost per kilometre.

• All costs will be confirmed in our letter of offer.

• Cost increases will be communicated in writing, providing at least 20 days’ notice.

• Payments must be made in full following the session and before the next session.

• Payments made later than 30 days after the provision of the service will be charged interest. The interest rate is 10% per annum, calculated monthly. Interest charges will be calculated commencing 14 days after the service has been provided. 

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required if you are unable to attend an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur the full fee for the time booked. Notice of cancellation is required during business hours to allow sufficient time to offer the appointment time to other clients (Business Hours are Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm. Public holidays are not considered business days)

• Travel costs will not be charged for appointments cancelled more than 2 hours in advance.
